I Think It Is Time

So we have seriously been thinking about contacting a real estate agent. I have my reservations about owning a home but the truck is almost paid off and once that is done there will be $450.00 extra a month. We could do it now but I am sure a mortgage will be more than what we pay in rent right now. Sure would be nice to not have to deal with people living in the same building. I guess I am just ready for something of my own!
