Long Lost Friends

Have you ever found someone who you hadn’t talked to in years?? Whether it was 5 years or 10 years..hell maybe more?

I did…I actually found 2 of them at the beginning of this year. Has been 10 years since I have talked to one of them and about 12 to 13 years since I talked to the other.

I was really excited to find them..even though one of them I didn’t talk to on a daily basis sometimes not even a weekly, the other I did quite a bit. One of them not to long ago stopped talking to me all together. Very strange..we talked all the time and messaged each other a lot. Then one day just stopped! I still to this day I don’t know why..he told his cousin (who is the other long lost friend that I found) that he was having a hard time and he acknowledged that he hadn’t even called me anymore even after talking to me quite frequently. I can understand having a hard time, but hell why blow off your friends.

It is very obvious that I have my own issues and don’t need to hear about anyone else’s problems but hell, I would never just dust anyone off with out a reason why!

Anywho..I sent him an email, wished him the best and said if he ever wanted to talk he knew how to find me! More or less I got the hint and have a nice life!
