I hate the snow and everybody assumes that I should like it because I was born and mostly raised in this snowy hell of the United States...I am originally from Massachusetts and at one point I loved the snow, when I was a kid! I used to play in it all the time and go skiing every weekend, I had fun. When I was about 9 my parents went on vacation to Arizona for 2 weeks. My mom who has has rheumatoid arthritis found that the dry air helped her tremendously. They came home, they talked, they planned and before the summer was over my dad quit his job, rented their house and packed us up for a 2 week drive out West! We stopped at every canyon, amusement park and site seeing attraction you could find on out way to Arizona. It was a blast! I remember my first winter in Arizona, I waited for the snow to come, but it never did. The first winter was a little sad but I soon forgot that snow ever existed!
Then it happened the next year, my brother when off the deep end and they couldn't find him any help so my parents decided that we were going to move back to New England and land in Connecticut. So we drove back, one week in the car and we were here. I had two wonderful years in Arizona and then I came back to what I have referred to as "The Snowy Hell" and every winter since I was 11 years old I have called winter that. And like hearing about the next best diet pills it is old and tiresome.
