So the car went back into the garage this past week...ugh. Another $175.00 dollars well spent. Wasn't the best time to have to have car problems that for sure. This time it was a cylinder, we also had the oil changed, a tune up and a few belts changed. Tomorrow the Expedition goes for an oil change and its regular transmission service...there goes another $125.00. Does it ever end? I would have really liked to spent the money on something for my husband..he has always wanted a billet grille for the SUV but that is really not a necessity so it will just have to wait!

Never Even Noticed
It certainly amazes me how technology has changed over the years, I still remember what the first computers look like and the first cell phones, thanks to my mom. Her computer is defiantly up to date but her cell phone, well that was another story. She just got a brand new and up to date cellphone about 3 months ago. I think my son asking her why she had a remote control in her car did it!! LOL..I am not kidding when I say that she has been rockin the same cellphone for 13 years! Come on mom, what was the deal with that?? You were the only person I know in a world of high tech, fiber optic cables, small computer chips, etc, etc..who still had the giant cell phone!
Boy, I wish I had a pic of her using it...glad you were finally forced to upgrade!
This is similar to what my mom used to have!

Interesting Email
Title: Guess I will not be drinking Starbucks any more....
Body:
Recently Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they
wanted to let them know how much they liked their coffees and
to request that they send some of it to the troops there.
Starbucks replied, telling the Marines thank you for their
support of their business, but that Starbucks does not
support the war, nor anyone in it, and that they would not
send the troops their brand of coffee.
So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not support
them by buying any of their products! I feel we should get
this out in the open. I know this war might not be very
popular with some folks, but that doesn't mean we don't
support the boys on the ground fighting street-to-street and
house-to-house.
If you feel the same as I do then pass this along, or you can
discard it and no one will never know.
Thanks very much for your support. I know you'll all be there
again when I deploy once more. Semper Fidelis."

PLEASE DON'T DELETE THIS ..
ALLOW IT TO BE PASSED TO ALL
IN MEMORY OF ALL THE TROOPS WHO HAVE DIED
SO THAT WE MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO
CHOOSE TO SUPPORT THEM OR NOT!!!
I guess my biggest problem is that the soldiers did not choose to go to war. It wasn't like they all got together in a big field and had a school yard vote about this. You may not support the war but atleast have some compassion for those who have been forced to go and fight in that war. I am sure there are many soldiers who feel the same way, but being that it is their duty, they must go!
If you know anything about this please confirm or deny it. I would hate to think that a company would actually say "They do not support people". If there is an ounce of truth to this email then same on Starbucks and if this email is a hoax, shame on whoever made it up!
I don't drink Starbucks anyways, had it once and wasn't impressed.
End Of Year Is Here
We did wonderfully at work. managed to ship just over $44 million dollars of product! That means we will get a pretty decent bonus this year. We reached our max for the bonus, which is 8% of our base yearly gross pay. I am thinking I would really like to go on vacation. Maybe somewhere we have never been. Maybe another country or we could stay in the states and go to Branson, Missouri. We'll see, hopefully the car won't break down like it did this week! Christmas money went poof...right out the window!

I Just Had To Share This..
NOT!!!!!!! This bitch does this to me every year and the way I look at it is, if you can't send me a damn card without ad-libbing it, don't fuckin bother!
Don't get me wrong, her and I used to get along great. That is until she said something really bad about my dad about 11 years ago. Ever since then I have stayed far, far away. Maybe next year I will send one to her just like this! Maybe my Grandfather should whip her with a fiber cable! That would teach her! HA!

It Is Almost Over
Last night we went to the store and got presents for his teachers. He found a cute part of socks for one of them. He couldn't have been happier when he found them. It is very obvious that he does pay attention and listen, cause she does wear some silly socks and apparently she has socks for every holiday! These socks are like gloves for your feet. The have a spot for each toe, all the little toes have reindeer on them and the big toes have Santa on them...Z is sure she will love them!

A Childs' Whisper
"Hello"
"Is your daddy home?" he asked.
"Yes," whispered the small voice.
May I talk with him?"
The child whispered, "No."
Surprised and wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, "Is your Mommy there?"
"Yes."
"May I talk with her?"
Again the small voice whispered, "No."
Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, "Is anybody else there?"
"Yes," whispered the child, "a policeman ".
Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee's home, the boss asked, "May I speak with the policeman?"
"No, he's busy ", whispered the child .
Busy doing what?"
"Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the Fireman," came the whispered answer.
Growing more worried as he heard a loud noise in the background through the earpiece on the phone, the boss asked, "What is that noise?"
"A helicopter ", answered the whispering voice.
"What! is going on there?" demanded the boss, now truly apprehensive.
Again, whispering, the child answered, "The search team just landed a helicopter."
Alarmed, concerned and a little frustrated the boss asked, "What are they searching for?"
Still whispering, the young voice replied with a muffled giggle...
"ME."

"Excerpts from a Cat's Diary"
Day 983 of my captivity. My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength. The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.
Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what I am capable of. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am. Bastards! There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of "allergies." I must learn what this means, and how to use it to my advantage.
Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow -- but at the top of the stairs. I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released - and seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously retarded. The bird has got to be an informant. I observe him communicating with the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so he is safe. For now...
Arh..What Is Happening??
Mother Nature Dumped On Us
Z spent alot of time outside, he did some snow cleaning and hung out with some friends. Surw glad he had volcom clothing to keep him warm. Boy, that kid had a really busy weekend and now it is time to go back to school! One week left and then it is vacation time!
More Babies
A friend of mine is though! She is really excited and this will be her third child! God bless her! I hope she is ready for a ride, cause she already had a 3 year old and a baby that just turned a year. Yesterday she came over to my house and we looked at baby furniture and I must say that there are some damn cute things! Babies, who doesn't love them?

Ladies Man?
Z went to the movies yesterday evening with not one BUT two girls!! He is such a gentleman has well. He went down to their houses and waited for them to get ready to go. Walked out to the truck with them, opened the door..LOL..was quite adorable. (don't tell him I used the word adorable. They were running a little behind schedule and when I asked what happened, he said "Mom, you know how girls are!".. I sure do!
At the movies they found a place to sit (Z in the middle!!), all three of them pitched in their left over money and Z went and got the soda and popcorn. Could be girl bossiness or hopefully he was the gentleman and just went and got it.
So they went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks, they all said it was a funny movie and Zacahery would like to see it again. The girls thought the little fat one, Theodore, was the cutest thing.
I am so happy that Z has been making friends, last year it was a little tough for him. Now that he is on medication, he is much calmer and more likable. He really seems to be redeeming himself. Don't get me wrong, kids at school liked him, but not enough to hang out with outside of school. Well, that is all changing and I couldn't be happier!
Well I have lots to blog about but right now I need to make a payment on my private student loan , can't let that slide! Holiday or not it has got to be paid! I will defiantly be back later with laughs, pics and certainly more drama!! J/k...since my hubby has been on blood pressure medication I have absolutely no marriage drama!

Family Guy
I Can't Stop Thinking
I guess I must live in some sort of fantasy land, almost like I don't ever expect anything to happen to my mom. She is my best friend, the only person I have trusted most of my life. I can tell her my deepest secrets and usually the only person I would cry to or in front of. I can't really imagine my life without her, and yes, I know nobody lives forever. I guess I just never imagined that a women as wonderful, honest, loving and someone who never passes judgement on anyone, would have to go through something like this.
Mom, I am pretty sure don't read my blog and that is okay. I did leave my URL on your computer when I saw you over the Thanksgiving holiday. In case that you are reading it, I love you a lot.
I must say that I have since I have started blogging I have been able to let down that wall I have, that very thick wall. Maybe it is because I have been lucky enough to have regular readers who never pass judgement or have bad things to say. I would like to thank you all for that and most certainly can call you "my friends". If the world was filled with people like you all, it would be a much better place...
Informing Yourself, Family & Friends
My Mom Got Her Results
My dad got her some really romantic christmas gifts and a trip for the 2 of them away from all the craziness for a weekend. It really is hard to feel festive. I could really careless about anything else right now.
I am sure everything will work out for the best.

Our First Winter Storm
I have been carrying around my camera wherever I go, here are a couple of pics...

Those red dots are the cars sitting on the highway...we got off on an exit so we didn'ty have sit in the traffic like the rest of the fools....

That is my hubby cleaning the snow off the windshield as we waited to move on the off ramp.
Meet People In Your Local Area
It's Coming..Ugh..
So we are expected to get up to 8 inches here in Connecticut. It will average out to be about 1 inch an hour. That is a lot of freakin snow!! So if the weather man is correct and it doesn't not warm up, it could possibly be a white Christmas this year.
My landlord just installed new landscape lighting, atleast we had one day well, night, to use it! It will surely look pretty glowing through all the snow!

Lunch Detention
He replied with "85"!! I almost fell over, he has never gotten a score that low. So of course, anything under a 95 needs an explanation and not the answer "I don't know or I don't want to talk about it."
He said "I got a lunch detention for talking in my new math class." Oh boy I thought, thank goodness we are moving him back into mainstream slowly. So I asked why and he explained to me that he and another boy were talking about a math problem and the teacher gave them both, long with 7 other kids lunch detentions!!
Welcome back to the real world!

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree
I finally put the tree up last night. I decided I wanted it in a new spot this year and that could quite possibly turn into a HUGE mistake. I am seriously wondering how long it will stay up seeing that I have two cat's who think it is their personal playground! I can only hope for the best.
Miss Kitty loves the tree skirt thingy and my other cat Emmitt, just like to play with all the decorations. I can imagine what they will do when nobody is home during the week. I can see it now: Smashed bulbs, beads all over the place, my tree topper will be terrorized, ugh!
Meet the demolition team..

The Whining Has Begun
Every year my father- in-law gives us a Christmas list! First of all, he is the only adult I know who writes a Christmas list and gives it to his kids. If you deviate from that list, he is gets very disappointed. We have never conformed to his list, mainly because the stuff he is asking for is way beyond out budget.
This year he is asking for a pair of golf shoes, amongst other things. Now I thought that those were a reasonable request, well, I was wrong.
Why is it that at 55 years old you can't be happy with what you get? Why they dragged out attitude and the list like a child? I just don't get it. I can't STAND my mother-in-law, but at least she is not childish like that!

Wow Things Change When You Get Married!!
Only about six months ago did we get on the same car insurance policy. I was certainly surprised how much our insurance went down. I am not sure if our insurance is considered cheap car insurance, but I will say we pay $100.00 a month less than we did before for 2 cars and not being married. What the hell were we waiting for?? As for home insurance, we don't own our home but we should have renter's insurance. Maybe someday I will look into that. Hopefully not before it is too late!!
Z's First Day Back
Slow but steady wins the race!!
Still Christmas Shopping??
What is better this time of year than an extra discount when you are trying to make every dollar count? They have a discount code for a lot of stores. Gap, Karmaloop.com, Bluefly, Lane Bryant, Buy.com and Dell, just to name a few! Christmas is getting more and more expensive every year and it certainly wouldn't hurt to take a peek! If you are so interested in going and looking, sign up for your favorite stores newsletter and get the news in your email.
So if you are interested in saving money this season, check them out.

What Is Happening
I am not sure what they crime is like in other countries, but I am sure ashamed of the one I live in. Parents killing their babies because they don't address them as "Sir", hoodlums breaking into others homes and shooting them, which results in the death of a 24 year old NFL star, hell, even NFL stars abusing animals. Parents, who leave their kids uncared for, with no love, no food, a crappy home to live in, filled with abuse and violence.
Rape, murder, violence, anger, hate, war, it corodes the media airwaves. I can't turn my TV or radio on with out hearing something.
Quite frankly, I am sick and tired of it all.

What To Think??
While we were at my moms over the Thanksgiving holiday I found out she was supposed to have another surgery! All she said, very matter of fact, was "Oops, I didn't have a chance to tell you about that one yet!
I guess the second surgery involve the chronic headaches she has. They will insert some type of electrode in her skull, run wires under her skin and down her back. Insert some kind of battery pack under the skin but in her hip are!
Then I get a call last week from her, saying that they cancelled surgery number one because they figure that it won't really help and that there are more tests to be done to find out why she has lost so much weight, even though she eats plenty. (she is 5'7" and weighs in at about 100 lbs!) As usual, very secretive and not telling me too much. I know she doesn't want me to worry. I was convinced after this conversation she was dying. She tells my she has a nerve disorder.
So last night I called my mom and she was not home from work yet, so I talked to my dad. I asked how she was feeling and he said "Oh about the same." We talked about how they cancelled the surgery and I asked what was next.
This is what he says "Oh well she had more blood work done but she still needs to have a bone marrow test."
Me "What, that is the first I am hearing about this." I could tell I wasn't supposed to know cause he got really quiet and said" She didn't want to worry you.".
Me again "Why a bone marrow test??"
He then barked at me and told me "I don't know!"
I know they know what is wrong, they just aren't telling me. It is really beginning to piss me off. I have watched my mom whither away to nothing over the last 2 years.
Not feeling the secrets at all!!!
Anyone ever heard of a bone marrow test to diagnose a nerve disorder??
My mom is on the left (in white t-shirt).

Z and A Cellphone
Now for the problem, my husband decided to tell my mother in law we are getting him a phone and she decided she will get it for him for Christmas. I almost lost my mind. My husband who thinks all prepaid phones are the same, says I am over reacting. He feels it is not a big deal which one he gets. Well, my dear hubby, you are sadly mistaken, I prefer to have a decent phone for him. They cheaper the phone, the crappier the signal which would then require a cell phone booster. I would prefer a decent phone. Secondly, I WILL choose the carrier. If most of his friends have the same carrier, free mobile to mobile minutes would be better. If not, then there is one more plan I have in mind. Soooo, no, not all plans are one in the same!! Oh and next time, check with me first before telling people what to get!
Unlimited Income
Question put forth: What are the 5 gifts I would buy for myself this Christmas if I had an unlimited income?
1. I would buy that mountain for my dad that I have been hearing about my entire life!
2. Oh and he would need a helicopter too, make it two of them, my mom needs one!
3. I would buy my own city, would be the drama free zone!
4. A horse, I always wanted my own horse.
5. I would open a shelter for cat's.
Katie's New Do
Shrek The Third
This movie's plot is based on finding the "right king" for that great piece of luxury real estate known as Never, Never Land after King Harold dies. Of course that snotty and disliked Prince Charming thinks he should be the king of Never, Never Land and rallies with the all the fairy tale villains to take over the palace and kingdom.
How the movies ends....you must watch it!

Who Said Learning Can't Be Fun
My favorite one by far, well, the bucket of gears. This set let of gears allowed my imagination run wild. The gears were all different colors, sizes and shapes and the pieces were big and defiantly would be easy for even the smallest of hands to handle.
The gears came with a sheet of stickers to put on some of them. Some of those stickers were glow in the dark! I would have to say that my favorite thing was the motor and the lights. The motor allowed my creation to “come to life” and the lights sure made it more exciting. You defiantly learn how to make all pieces work together.
If you know a child who loves to build things, I would recommend this set! I know I had a lot of fun with it.
December 1st
I haven't talked much about Z, but he is doing wonderfully. The program director for the S.T.R.I.V.E program he is in at school, has decided that he can start going back to main stream classes this month. I am so excited!! He is too, but a bit nervous, which is completely understandable. Originally he was supposed to start classes after the new year. He has been so consistent with his behavior and homework that they decided he could start now!! I am still waiting for a start date, hopefully next week.

What Could She Have Done That Was So Bad
This morning at about 9 am I printed up some new stories about Baby Grace. Unfortunately this is the first time I have been able to read them (3:17 pm). I am sure that there are more new stories that have come out by now and honestly I am not really sure that I can read them.
I feel for this little baby so much. Some kids are lucky and others like Riley are not. I can say that because I too was abused as an infant. I was lucky enough that someone stepped in and saved me and my brother’s life. My fate could have been very much like Riley’s if someone hadn’t. I may have mentioned in earlier post’s that I was adopted. I also may not have, as I don’t feel like I was and sometimes forget. So with that said…..
I had chills all over my body when the first article I read posted by Fox News had the headline “Lawyer: Stepdad beat to death ‘Baby Grace’ for not saying ‘Please,’ ‘Yes, Sir’
As I read the story, they claim that Riley was beaten for over a period of 4 to 6 hours. HOLY SHIT, I can’t imagine that her little body could not have taken much more. It is sad but, maybe she is better off in the heavens. It really makes me wonder how often she was beaten. People just don’t wake up one day and decide that they are going to abuse children. It is in them, buried or even lingering at the surface, but it is there!!
First of all to that stupid fuck of a stepdad, she was TWO YEARS OLD. Kids don’t learn manners overnight and as for the “Yes, Sir” She was not in the fuckin armed forces. She was a little girl. What really gave you the right to make her address you like that?? As for being over whelmed about being a father, what a pathetic excuse, I have never heard one so piss poor. So you though beating her would make her behave? I hope the prisoners beat you, that way you can experience what Riley went through. Maybe someone will rescue you, but I hope not. You don’t deserve it..
As for Kimberly Trenor, well, you’re not a mom, you are a monster in its true form, a wolf in sheep’s clothing. You sat there and watched…you fuckin watched him do this to your daughter, YOUR DAUGHTER, not his, he had NO right. Me. I would have grabbed my child and ran, ran as far as I could to get away from him. Maybe you were a part of it, I don’t know, I wasn’t there, but there is no way I would have watched any of it happen. As for the news that you are pregnant just pisses me off. You don’t deserve a child and thank god you and that piece of shit husband of yours will be in jail for the rest of your lives. I hope that you never get to lay your eyes on that baby.
To those who read my blog, I apologize for the language. It could be worse, but I really don’t think that it was necessary. As I think about what has happened I often hope that someone finds this and sends it to her along with all the other bloggers who may have posted about this. I don’t think that it will make that much of a difference, but it would be reality for her.

Baby Grace
First of all, Baby Grace, I am sorry that you had to end up with a cold hearted bitch for a mother and a scab of a stepfather. To the biological father, I am very sorry for your loss..
Kimberly Trenor, I believe you are a monster, no matter what your parents and friends say. There is nothing in the world that would ever change my mind. How dare you partake or even allow this to happen. If you truly had no part in the abuse, why would you stay and continue to let this happen to your beautiful little girl? After your child was killed, why lie and tell people that she was taken away by social workers, sleeping or swimming?
To me it sounds like you were trying to get this little girl “out of the way”. Did your husband not like having her around? Was she interfering with what he wanted to do or maybe what the two if you wanted to do together?
I personally could not live with a man who hated my kid so much that he killed her. How could you look at his fat face all this time? For 4 months you lived with him, carried on with your life and lied to everyone. You sicken me and you deserve every punishment allowable by law. Seeing as you assisted in stuffing her lifeless body into a plastic tub and then throwing her a river. I am not sure that you are innocent and I really don’t think you loved her at all. I sit here and wonder what your behavior was like during this time. Where you happy, did you cry, where you sad, what were you thinking. Don’t worry; it will all come out in the end.
I try to imagine life without my son and I can’t, the thought of anyone hurting him kills me. I would rather be killed than lose my child at the hands of another.
In the end, you will get to live your pathetic life in jail. You little girl was robbed of hers, but you and your useless husband will have yours. It is too bad that we as a society allow monsters to continue to live when they have intentionally taken a life of another. You get to wake up everyday and see the sunshine, granted you will be in jail, but you still have that luxury of being alive. Now I, along with millions of other taxpayers will pay for you two to live, for the rest of your lives. That is something you do not deserve as far as I am concerned. You and your husband should be hung by your necks, for the world to see. BUT, that will never happen, so enjoy your life cause Riley can’t.
MAY YOU ROT IN HELL

So Nice To Be Home
It was defiantly nice seeing my mom. She it doing okay but I did find out some things I didn't know about. She is having 2 surgeries, one I knew about, the other I didn't. She always acts like it is not a big deal, kinda like it is something she does every week. She is hoping to get one of them done next month, due to her and my dads family insurance co payments. She won't have to pay the 750.00 right away if one of them happens this year. Hopefully it all works out!

Let's Talk Turkey
So do you ever get sleepy after having Turkey?…I know I do. Many people say the same thing. What is the cause of it? They most common excuse is L-tryptophan. L-tryptophan is indeed a sedative but there is not enough in a Turkey to make you fall asleep.
So what is the cause for the sleepiness? Maybe you had a few drinks and then ate too much food! The mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, bread, pies, food, food and more food. Throw a few drinks in the mix and bam! The insulin effect goes into affect!
So do not blame the Turkey and use that as a reason not help clean up! We all know the football games will be on!
Therefore, please, please have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving and most of all….enjoy your family and loved ones!

I would have to say, one of my favorited is, Thinner. Talk about revenge in all its glory! Power Struggle
When I told him that it was not acceptable he started with "I like it this way" "This is my room" "Why do I have to clean, I will never find anything" "That is where the stuff belongs" and they go on.
No problem, no computer, that's all!!
Short On Cash?
The money will be deposited into your checking or savings account of your choice. Repayment options are available if you cannot pay back the total amount of your loan and applicable fees from your next paycheck.
To qualify for payday loans you must be 18 years old or older, be a U.S. citizen, have a job, because you do need to pay it back and have a minimum income. There may be other requirements, but you will find those out when you apply.
So, if you ever find yourself in a jam, car broke down, unexpected bill or you just over spent on Christmas shopping, you can always get a small cash advance to hold you over.
A Joke
The artist does so, and when he finishes hands her a mirror so she can inspect the work.
She looks at the left thigh and says, "Wow! That’s definitely Paul Newman. Just look at those blue eyes." Then she looks at the right thigh and complains, "That doesn’t look like Robert Redford."
The artist disagrees and says they need to find an impartial judge.
They go to the bar next door and ask the first guy they meet to identify the tattoos.
She raises her skirt and drops her panties, and he gets his face up close and says, "Well, ma’am, the one on your left thigh is definitely Paul Newman. He even has the blue eyes. The one on your right thigh, I’m not sure about—but the one in the middle is definitely Willie Nelson."

My Neighbors
They are okay for the most part, we don’t really socialize and they don’t seem very friendly, but that's no bother to me. Except for the weekly banging around up there and down the basement stairs, oh and the gag session someone has ever morning that just happens to be so loud I can hear it in my bathroom, they aren’t to bad. The gag session, well it is pretty gross to have to listen to, I think the guy is actually violently barfing, it is that loud!I certainly hope what ever is being hacked up is not left on the new delta faucets the landlord put in.
So last week Z came up from doing his laundry and he says “Mom, did you see what was on their side of the basement!?”
Normally I would say “Mind your own business.” but seeing as our drier is in the common area of the basement and you can see their side from where the drier is, I went down to look.
I get down there and low and behold, right NEXT to my drier is a keg, which turned out to be a empty keg of beer. No big deal I thought, until Z pointed out that there were 5 more!! WTF, goes on up there?? Never seems to be that many people up there, so that must mean that the four of them and the occasional guest are drinking all that beer. Now I know why I hear all that noise once a week! Might explain the noises in the morning as well!
Updated - I always forget to use my camera!! Check out the pic...
Drink Much?!? BTW, don't tell my husband I took this pic..he'd kill me!! I find it absolutely hysterical though

Thanksgiving Is In A Week
I am excited because I get to see my beautiful mom and my dad..I miss them sooo much! I haven't seen them since August and once the snow comes it may not be till the spring before I see her again. They live in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the weather is very unpredictable. The last time I went in the winter I had to stay 2 extra days because of the snow! You would think that I would be a travelpro at this since they have lived there for over 13 years, but I am not! I am not a fan of driving in bad weather.
Weirdo
Now that she is so plump, she is left with racing through the house, minus the bouncing off the walls and licking things, eating the cords to the blinds, watching tv and trying to have a conversation with anyone who will listen or talk back to her. She is a very vocal cat, chatters or screams, more like screams of excitement. Usually she will find that hidden dust ball that I missed under the radiator and she will goof around and "talk" to it!
But back to the licking thing, that is a fairly new annoying habit she has and I can’t figure it out. She will lick you arms or hand, which is no bother, it is when she licks the blinds! Yes, the blinds!

ooooo...awwww, Colored Flames
By far my favorite product was the Color Flames Colored Candles. I can be an over grown kid at times and when I ever lit one of the blue candles and the flamed burned blue, I freaked! Of course my husband didn’t have the same enthusiasm as I, figures. I could not wait to try each one of them, so it prompted me to run to the store and grab a cake (I did have to go for other things too) but I would have gone just for a cake though! These candles are called rainbow moments. You receive 12, two of each color and the colors you receive are red, blue green, orange, white and purple.
These candles would be perfect for a child’s birthday. I know from the look on my 12 year olds face that younger kids would defiantly find them pretty cool. Imagine the look on your child’s face when you take these oh so ordinary looking candles, light them and the flame is actually the same color of the candle. The other kids will be begging for those on their cakes.
As for the smencil, I gave that to my son.

Pagerank is Gone!!
There are a lot of different theories going around. Someone at PPP/IZEA claims to have the inside scoop coming directly from a source at Google. One of those theories is that Google is targeting bloggers who get paid to post. If that is so, then PLEASE DO NOT MENTION WHO YOU WORK FOR!! Not at all, mine changed after I slammed a particular company 2 days in a row. There is a lot of controversy over that theory, who knows though.
As far as I am concerned, I can type, talk, write or bitch about what ever I want and to punish me for that , well screw them. I didn’t start my blog to make money, it just happened and if my rank being a 0 because GOOGLE doesn’t like that I do it, hey screw them. The same goes for these companies I get paid to blog with, if I was worthy a week ago, then I still am. Nothing has changed on my blog, the only thing that has changed are the powers at GOOGLE. With that said, hopefully these Pay to Blog companies will come up with their own rating system and use that. I know there are a few that do, but I am sure they still figure in your GOOGLE page rank. I will continue to dole out the same crappy, funny, serious content or what ever your opinion of it may be and I will do it for years to come.
HEY GOOGLE - YEAH YOU- THIS IS MY, YES, MY BLOG. I WILL BLOG ABOUT WHAT EVER AND WHOEVER I FEEL LIKE...WHETHER IS PAID POSTINGS, SOME OTHER CRAP OR YOUR MOMMA!!
(Have I been angry the last couple of days???..LOL)

Out Of The Mouth Of Babes
What kids think is always priceless and it made me think of Z when he was about 5 years old.
About 7 1/2 years ago I had a job interview to go on and I did not have a sitter for Z. It was after work and at the time I was a single mom. So the lady who owned the company said that I could bring him and he could sit with the receptionist. I was a little weary at first but the owner was insistent that everything would be okay. This lady was very nice and had worked for her for years. So reluctantly I agreed, I got there 15 minutes early and met the woman and sure enough she was very nice. Z like her right away, so I went for the interview and came down about 30 minutes later to leave. The lady gave me a funny look and said good bye and I never really even thought about it.
So needless to say I did get the job. About 6 months after I started Teresa (the receptionist) called me over to her desk. She said me she wanted to ask me a question.
“Ok” I said.
“Remember when you came for your interview and Z stayed down here with me?” She said.
“Yes” I replied.
“Your son asked me the strangest question and I was just curious as to how he came up with the conclusion.” She said.
I asked “Well, what was his question?” At this point I am veerryy curious.
She says “He asked me how many kids I had any kids and if so how many. I told him I did and that I had three.” Continuing on she says ”He then asked me if they all had different father’s !!!”
So by now she is trying not to laugh and she says “I never hear you talk about any other kids, is there something I should know?”
I replied “No, he is my only one.” Now I am trying to figure out where this had come from and why would he ever ask such a strange question…then it hit me.
“You know why he asked that” I said “Because his dad has three kids and each of the kids has a different mother!”
So now she is cracking up laughing and she said “I have been thinking about what that little man said since the day he said it. I just never knew if there was a right time to ask anything like this.”
Out of the mouth of babes!!

Did A Post For Nothing
Yes, that is a paid post and it was through PayPerPost. You wanna know what happened? Probably not, but I will tell you anyways! Lately I have had issues when submit my posts. I get this error saying that I have not entered links and such correctly..So I go back to the post, delete the links, add them again and resubmit my post. Usually this works the first time. There have been occasions when I have had to do it a few times before something in the software finally clicks.
Today however, I did it several times and still nothing. When I say several, I would not be exaggerating if it was somewhere between 10 to 15 times. So I submitted a ticket at 12:04 pm only to be number 160 something in line. I get a reply saying it has been passed off to someone else and now I am 165 in line this was at 1:36 pm.
So at 3:29 PPP time my post was supposed to be submitted. It never happened and when I checked my ticket at 3:15 p.m I was bumped up to 166 in line….go figure.
Do You Have A Nintendo?
Do you know someone who just happens to still the original Nintendo or the Super Nintendo? If so, you may want to tell them about this site.
I can not believe they are still around! How cool is that?? www.nintendosforsale.com sells Nintendo NES used Consoles and Games . Although it may be very odd to look at these Nintendo NES used Consoles and Games there are people who collect vintage items and these would defiantly fall into that catagory. I checked out the site and they have 675 vintage NES games! If you collect these games or even still love to play them, you may want to go and check out what they have. The missing game to your collection just might be there. They have everything from Dungeon’s and Dragons to Marble Madness. Talk about a blast from the past!
What A Doozy Of A Morning!!
So now I am sitting there at 1:30 in the morning trying to figure out what happened. Did I kill her in my sleep? She not very old, she will be 4 in February, so did she eat something she shouldn’t have? That didn’t make any sense, because we don’t feed her anything but cat food and the occasion piece of fish. Was something wrong with her cat food, I thought to myself. I can feel the tears building up in my eyes. I love my cat and oh god how the hell am I going to break the news Z.
So here I am feeling all alone, even though my husband is sleeping right next to me, trying to figure out what to do. My heart is racing and I am crying like a baby feeling sorry for all the names I ever called her, even thought they were all out of love. I leaned over and jabbed her real hard in her fat gut, she jumps up like a foot in the air and screams at me. Dumb bitch was sleeping and from what I gather in a pretty deep sleep!!
So I called her a few choice names, she came over, I petted her a little and she curled up on one of my pillows and went back to sleep.
That is how my day started and it hasn’t gotten any better….
