Adorned With Pink

I was sitting here wondering what my next post was going to be about. It was really coming down to either engagement announcements, another wonderful Z post or something random. Well, until this of course. All I can say is, thank goodness for Technorati or I would be lost when it comes to tags and meme's.
I am sure many of us have seen a lot pink around this month. This is because October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.





Most of us have probably known someone who has been affected by breast cancer. My grandmother is a breast cancer survivor and has been for 15 years. She lost a breast, but she is thankful for not losing her life. She always says "One breast is a small price to pay to keep my life."



As my regular readers know, I went through a scare over the summer. Thanks god it turned out to be nothing, just some thickening breast tissue.
