Just My 2 Cents

So I read on the internet that the police are looking for people who trampled the worker at the Long Island NY Wal-Mart. I did post my thoughts on this early today.

"Police were reviewing surveillance videos of the shopper stampede, but they acknowledge it may be difficult to bring criminal charges."

Well, I am sure several hundred of those people swiped either a debit card or a credit card. Look for them from the store records. This mans death should not go unpunished. I am sure none of those people will have a reasonable excuse and I hope that if you are one of the guilty ones that you one day come across my posts. If your ass was leaking from taking alli and then eating to much junk food on Thanksgiving day, then maybe you have a resoanble excuse, maybe. I certainly hope that your families enjoy the "gifts of death" you are giving them. What about the family who lost their loved one. I hope you reach out and give to them. Maybe you all should return your gifts and donate the money to help pay for his funeral costs and the lost income this family will now face..hmmm sounds like a good idea to me.

  2. Do you not believe the management of the store shares some responsibility in this "accident"?

  3. I think they should pay BIG TIME. NO WAY can you NOT know you are trampling someone to death. And people just stood there watching. Disgusting, and many went on to keep shopping.

And Len, NO, it is NOT their fault. Hundreds of thousands of other stores opened with no issue. They worked with local police, hired security and put up barriers. Not much else they could do.

  4. Agreed! It was completely unacceptable.

    P.S.
If you liked the Rudolph doughnuts, wait until you see the snowmen I made:P

  5. Sorry Len but I have to agree with Jenn. How can you not know what you are doing. They had people trying to get to him and even after the announcement went over the intercom that the store was closes due to a death these people/animals still continued with shopping.
