I signed up the other day and love this site. They have a lot to offer from a diet journal, which is all to important for keeping track of ALL the food you put into your mouth, a calorie counter, so you can find the calories to all your favorite food and a calorie chart that allows you to view your daily calorie intake. You get all of this, PLUS more for free! That’s right, free.
There is so much you can do at this site, it is unbelievable, there are message boards for questions and support, you can customize your diet plan and track on the things you want, you have a weight chart to track your weight and you can also get recipes. Interesting site, I bought a book about Japanese women and food. I must admit I haven't started reading it but it looks very good...I feel better when I am fit, well, just like everybody else
