Being Away

We have had a pretty busy couple of weeks. We went to Maine, came home Sunday and Wednesday "Z" and my niece went to my parent's house. Today we have a family get together to go to at my aunt's house (my dad's sister) in Vermont. I will pick "Z" and my niece up there and bring them back to CT.

So I am really excited because I have missed "Z" tremendously. I am usually ok for a few days but after that life kinda becomes boring. I wish could just send him away when he drives me crazy, but the long and short of it....I would miss him a ton.

He completes his time at IOL the first week of school. The insurance company only approved 4 more visits for him. So the clinician and I have decided that he would go 2 days next week and 2 days the following week. He will then be discharged back to his previous counselor and I hope he continues to work hard with her as he did with the group therapy. Only time will tell.

So the next couple of weeks we will be preparing to go back to school. School starts September 4th this year and I am looking forward to "Z" having a much better year.
